Start of process – Pre-survey
A conventional online survey to establish a start point and capture key metrics.
Throughout the process – Real-time Mobile Feedback
A quick real-time report of all brands experienced in a chosen category, along with the touchpoint it occured in and a rating of the emotional positivity and persuasiveness of the experience. These events appear in an online personal diary where participants can tell us more about the experience, add media and describe it in more detail.
End of process – Post-survey
A review of the metrics captured in the Pre-survey to investigate what experiences have caused any change of opinion.
While most of our RET studies follow the above format, we can, and have often, adapted the mechanics to fit the requirements of our projects. It is a flexible tool designed to capture data in real-time but with the key ability to tie brand experiences to performance in key metrics, whatever they are.
