As a privately owned business, MESH is under no pressure to take short term decisions at the expense of the long term. We can also act quickly to respond to changing needs. Our people are integral to our growth so a fixed percentage of our pre-tax profits is allocated to employees as profit share.
We don’t just analyse experiences, the experience we have with clients, our partners and each other is something we actively develop and monitor, which is why most of us have ‘Experience’ in our job titles. Thinking about and nurturing positive experiences is valued at MESH.
